Counselling is a therapeutic relationship formed on the basis of counsellor and client, it’s both professional and intentional. We are here to offer help and support to those who feel hopeless and alone, together we can work with you to resolve your issues.
At Mindfullness and Wellbeing Counselling Service (MAWCS) we want you to discover your inner strength, to learn to love yourself, to have hope and be truly happy with who you are. We want you to have the confidence to overcome your current situation and give you the tools to help you in the future.
We do this by listening and working with you to fully understand yourself and discover your own inner resources. Every person is different and there is no single solution for all problems. Together with you we set goals to help treat your issues and make positive changes that lead to making your life a little easier. You will be the one in control as you are the expert on what’s best for you. Our role as counsellor is to make this process both safe and supportive.
